I approach this subject ever so cautiously in that, my intent is neither to entice with words but solely speak truth and as the Holy Spirit would desire Life. It is l imagine, a terrible thing to challenge the Lord God Almighty in Heaven. What is even more terrifying is to ready yourself for war against him. The difficulty arises in that a GOD who knows and sees all, has sight of your every plan before execution. It is then, not in his defense, but in show of might that he thwarts your plans before they are even thought out.
It is in understanding the latter, that we must know Nothing takes God by surprise. The weight of awe is heavy upon me as l write this. It is incumbent upon me that l conclude this series with Lucifer’s greatest failure. It was not betraying God, no that on its own was minor failure. His greatest was the Slaughter of the Lamb Jesus Christ.
Common knowledge will help you understand that the intention of sacrifice is to appease the object, person or “God” who is to recieve the sacrifice. It follows that in Pagan culture to destroy life source through sacrifice, is done in a bid to harness the power of that life source. There now when an innocent soul is sacrificed, it yields more power. Jesus Christ Remarked himself very often as the Son of God, and what could such a sacrifice have meant to the object which the enemy was sacrificing to? You must understand that the cross was not murder. The bible likens it to a lamb led to the slaughter. Murder would have been mercy.
1 Corinthians 2:7But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
If nothing then catches God by surprise Jesus Christ knew what awaited him on the Cross. It is in his most difficult moment at Gethsemane that he confirmed to us his humanity. He pleaded the cup be passed, but overrode his own will for the fathers. The greatest mistake was then sending the Lamb of God to the Cross and now we Question why if the enemy had a chance to do it again, he would not.
Colossians 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out-of-the-way, nailing it to his cross; 15And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
When the body dies, the Spirit of man is released. That would pose no problem to the devil, save that this was no ordinary man, but the Son of God. When Jesus Christ Died, His Spirit and the Holy Spirit were released. It becomes then the nightmare of the enemy, for though he had the keys to death, death could not contain life and Jesus Is Life. The enemy realises that he has Released (through death), the Spirit of The Son of God.(Acts 2:24) (Matthew 12:40)
The Next 72 hours changed the world. In my first Blog l wrote, Michael the Arch Angel had so much power he fought the devil till he fell. The key word there is fought. When Christ died unlike Michael they fought not in the air, but Jesus went to the base, his kingdom. It was not enough for Christ to be there, but he made an open show (Colossians 2 vs 14) The bible uses the words open show explicitly to prove that the devil could not fight Jesus nor withstand him.
The glorious revelation is in knowing that Christ in descending took the keys of death, and ascended with all gifts to man. He ransacked Satan’s kingdom (in his presence) and his princes in a way that Angels in heaven watched and cheered on. You must understand for it to be and open show, somebody had to be watching and enjoying. Since no eye has seen nor ear, l take it God and his Angels had the last laugh. What pitiful effort that resulted in utter destruction of his kingdom.
Ephesians 4 :But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.8Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.9(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Then in conclusion we understand that he slaughtered the Lamb and met the Lion in Hell. He called time out on the first day but Jesus ever so gently told him l have 48 hours to resurrection. It was the quiet Soul he had on the cross, that at the back of his mind he knew within an hour or so he would have quality time with the enemy. He did not give room to the enemy. He did it the hard way till death could not hold him any longer. Such is the Story of Lucifer and the Lambs Retribution.
1 John 5 vs 1
Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. 2By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. 3For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. 4For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.5Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? 6This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
Revelations 21 vs 7
7He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son
