Ezekiel28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
There is an often ignored beauty that the greatest enemy to mankind does possess. I say enemy to mankind because mankind is an expression of Gods image and whether or not we accept it, Satan is a sworn enemy to everything God made.
It in the aforementioned scripture that a certain beauty unimaginable is described as one who walked over all sorts of stones.Oh yes and that picture there does no justice to the description given and his true state. It must be understood that God is not the author of the ugly or undesirable. He makes nothing that is not without beauty. All things made by God are beautiful.
How then can Satan be a result of Gods creation? I will get to it keep reading. I am taken now to the book of Matthew 16 where Jesus Christ Speaks to Peter saying “23But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.” The hardest thing to grasp about this chapter is that in the preceding verse Jesus said of the same man, “17And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed are you, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood has not revealed it unto you, but my Father who is in heaven”
Peter had revelation of who Jesus Christ was, but no understanding of his purpose. It then falls to understanding that revelations should not scare a man because they do not equate to the discerning and understanding of purpose. The enemy then clever used Peter to speak against purpose by taking the saviour aside. It is one thing to have a friend or leader who has revelation of who God is, but it is another to have a man, who understands who God is. I don’t care if your man of God has revelation, and spends mornings having coffee with angels, does he carry the weight of understanding?
We are surrounded by friends and family who have clear sense of what they see, but shallow in what they know. Discern the enemy in the camp! Would you know the voice of the enemy in a brother, a mother, a father, a preacher? You must understand now, that Peter spoke from a love he had for Christ, a desire to see him live forever. He even cut a soldiers ear off, in his willingness to stand by this desire. I warn that the love one individual might have for you, might just be the thing that stands between you and your purpose. I do not question your love for me but does it serve the purpose for which l am created?
We understand then that one does not need to be a satanist in order to say, do, speak or act out, that which is satanic. Jesus Christ did not rebuke Peter, but he did the devil while facing Peter. Within the inner circle, the enemy took something beautiful and used it against Jesus Christ.Would you know when, the devil uses something as beautiful as your friend to pull you away from purpose? Do you know what your purpose is to begin with? If not, your friends are the least of your worries.
If l were to describe being satanic l would sum it up in saying this “using that which God gave you, against him”. Clothed in beauty and glory, he became proud and used that power and glory against God. Let me digress a little, God gave man sex, he commercialised it, woman a body, she sold it, man a mind and he became atheist. It is this, that we describe as satanic, using what God has given you, against him. Let me not even talk about slavery, how the bible became the power behind it used by man for the purpose of man.
God gave man Jesus Christ and they put him on a cross, God gave man Grace and he quenches the gift through sin. God gave man free will and He became despised among man.It does not take the worship of satan to be like him it just takes a little bit of self. This is why God hates pride, it is the beginning of all things satan.
- Why would God create Satan if he had foresight of this?
It is then one day in Heaven, God sat in his throne room busking in Glory. An angel approached him and whispered; ” Most divine and Glorious Lord, Lucifer has readied himself for war after thy throne” The Lord in absolute calm would answer “l knew of it before l made him.. “then you would know he has many others with him?” the angel would say ”Now then you understand why l made Michael the way he is” The Lord and his Angels laughed.
There was not merit in the efforts of this ambitious angel. Unlike man God will not avoid competition, because nothing is above him. He does not stop those that challenge Him to feel good about himself. He creates solutions to deal with beggarly foes.
Michael would hurriedly fly into Gods presence, ready for what could have been his first mission. God would speak ever so gently that his Purpose had begun. What then follows is what we know today, the story of a great angel who thought he could defeat his maker. He was met by another angel quite unlike anything l have ever imagined. His might l can not describe. The bible does not put Michael’s strength and might in words. It Only illustrates the Effects. Haha. Even Jesus said “l beheld satan fall like lighting.” Wow!!! what a way to go down, in a flash (pun intended). It was quite the fall, (pun intended) I am sure he did not see it coming (pun intended). Michael was probably the last thing on his mind(okay now lm just messing around)..
There is a reason it is known as the fall of Lucifer. But beware of his devices for even he masquerades himself as an angel of light, tempting man through the ugly and the beautiful.
2 CORINTHIANS 11:14
And no wonder, since Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.
